Luci came over today, probably because Sunny is his best friend, so she is spending some time with him. 'Spending some time with him' is a phrase which here means 'sitting in the chair, while Luci sits on the floor in front of her, while she does a hairstyle for him'.
She has aaaaalllll the supplies she needs, too. She has a brush, and a comb, and all of her little ponytail holders and ribbons, and some fun clips, and some fun colorful hair glitter goopy stuff she bought at the store last time she went to the basement of the mansion. 'Bought at the store' is a phrase which here means 'Found in one of the store-like rooms and decided to bring home'.
"Luci, I bet you're gonna be so sooo pretty after I get done with your hair!"
